BACCHUS SME is conceived to develop a diagnosis tool and an innovative blended training course, which is available on the BACCHUS SME platform (online), for providing initial or continuous training for Wine Tourism Small and Medium Enterprises (Wine Tourism SME).
In order to achieve the abovementioned aims, the partners have developed an analytical tool for organizational diagnosis for wine entrepreneurs. It supports SMEs by defining their training needs in the field of wine tourism and by elaborating their quality improvement plans. The tool should also facilitate the organizational development of the Wine Tourism SME within the partners’ viticulture regions.
After identifying the specific needs identified in the research phases, the partnership has developed a diagnosis tool and an innovative blended training course that includes distance learning and face-to-face classes.
The course has been tested with several representatives of the Wine Tourism SMEs partners’ countries. It is now be available online on the BACCHUS SME project platform: www.bacchuslearning.eu
